It’s hard to believe we are in April already. Santa’s Elves have been busy getting the lists together for this year’s holiday season, you know it is never to early to start, gathering the lists, checking it twice, trying to get the naughty over to nice. All year long, the PICU is in need of everyday items, not just the big ticket items. We here at Santa PICsU are working diligently to fill this gap in items. Everything from socks to toiletries, phone chargers to coloring books, and not just for the patients, their families need items as well. The list can be endless and daunting, and with the support from our friends, families, colleagues and acquaintances, we can make this list not endless and daunting. Santa and his elves would like to challenge you to make a difference, next time you are at the store, running errands and you see a cute pair of sock, or a coloring book, would you pick it up, put it in your cart and make that small donation – bringing a smile, a tear of joy, a sigh of relief to someone who needs it? We all need something to help take a weight off our shoulders, even if it is just for a minute. The list of needed items is below, it doesn’t have to be socks or a coloring book, it can be small or great. It can also be gently used – a little spring cleaning perhaps? All donations can be dropped off at Kaulig Capital, 1737 Georgetown Road, Unit I, Hudson OH from 8:30 – 4pm Monday thru Friday.
